Walk-ins are fine, but a call or WhatsApp lets us keep a bay free and order any parts ahead of time, which usually gets your car back to you sooner.
Yes. Free pick-up and drop is available within the local area around both branches. Mention it in the booking form or when you call.
Your policy copy, RC book, driving licence and, for accident claims, the FIR copy if one was filed. We handle the estimate and the surveyor side. Note that we do not offer a cashless facility, so the bill is settled with us and you claim it back from your insurer with the papers we give you.
For common jobs, yes, a rough range. For anything mechanical or body-related we need to see the car first, and that inspection is free.
